Throughout my career, I have developed many skills, ranging from photography, managing and designing printed media, packaging, logotype branding, product surface design, eCommerce and online customer journeys. At the centre of these communications is understanding the customer need and providing an appealing solution.

Tontine Doona Campaign
In 2003 Tontine Group needed to re-establish trademark ownership of the DOONA brand. Working directly with the advertising agency on marketing spend, market research and strategy implementation, the final campaign sought inspiration from the Scandinavian heritage of the product. The communication objective was to raise brand awareness which was executed through radio paid media and printed media including advertising in leading homeware magazines, out of home shopalites and a full tram wrap. The campaign ran for 6 months.

MASKiT Masks Brand Development
MASKiT Masks was a brand created and launched as an immediate response to the global pandemic. This national reusable mask brand was first to the commercial market and sold heavily through existing pharmacy channels. Overseeing a team of creatives, we developed the logo type, packaging, a website and social channels in two weeks. The brand performed and exceeded all expectations and still exists in the market place. View more work

i-Care Brand Development
Amcal Pharmacies required an exclusive brand of reading glasses and sunglasses to maintain their competitive edge in the category. i-Care was a purpose built brand developed exclusively for the retailer. Branding needed to represent the clean healthy living values of the category whilst maintaining fashionability. Working with the product team, I created business development plan and oversaw the production of the necessary marketing assets. View more work

Tontine Brand Refresh
In 2009 Tontine Group consolidated their packaging communications focussing on a less confusing and more consistent message to aid consumers in their decision making process. A Good, Better, Best product strategy was created and implemented across the various channels. I was contracted to oversee production and market filtration of over 150 line items. View more work

Gibson Gifts maintains brand leadership through securing industry publication advertising, demonstrating the breadth and weight of the brands. My reasponsiblities have included negotiating booking terms, producing and supplying photography, editorial copy and advertising for key product and brands. View more work

eCommerce Website Design & Maintenance
Directly responsible for gibsongifts.com.au I have hands on experience with maintaining and updating content, a comprehensive knowledge of the systems integrations and relationships. I have project managed two rebuilds and heavily influenced the UX based on desired customer journeys and qualitative research. Working with an SEO agency, I keep content relevant to achieve high ranking Google scores. View more work

Digital Customer Journey Campaigns
Initiated and directly responsible for developing and implementing customer journey campaigns which focus on nurturing new online users to become credit approved customers right through to their first purchase. Utilising direct marketing AI to foster a sale from an abandoned cart and make product recommendations has seen a remarkable uptake in sales.
